Sigtuna Municipality is seeking a Resource Manager for their Care and Welfare Administration. This leadership role provides coverage across elderly care, LSS (support services for people with disabilities), and social psychiatry when managers are absent or during organizational changes. The position offers varied work supporting stability, continuity, and development across multiple facilities while being part of a management team.
Responsibilities
- Step into leadership roles at facilities during manager vacancies, longer absences, or organizational changes
- Take operational responsibility for staff, budget, economy, and work environment
- Support change and development work while contributing to experience-sharing between units
Requirements
- Higher education (180hp/ECTS) in social work, behavioral science, or equivalent
- Several years of experience in LSS, social psychiatry, or elderly care
- Experience as a leader with responsibility for staff, budget, and operations
- Experience with systematic work environment management
- Good Swedish in speech and writing
