Folktandvården Region Örebro län seeks an experienced Unit Manager to lead three dental clinics (Eyra in central Örebro, Hallsberg, and Askersund) with approximately 60 employees across all sites. The role carries operational, staff, and financial responsibility within Sweden's public dental care system, which focuses on preventive care and quality patient service. You will join the general dentistry management group and work with support functions including HR, economic control, and development units.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for operations, staff, and economy within the unit
- Lead, plan, and develop the unit including healthcare and personnel planning
- Responsible for work environment, budget, and follow-up activities
Requirements
- Odontologisk utbildning (dental/odontology degree)
- Professional experience from dental care
- Proven leadership skills and collaboration ability
- Stable and analytical with high integrity
- Economic awareness and demonstrated good results from previous roles
