Hello Clean is a rapidly growing home cleaning company in northern Stockholm seeking a Team Leader to join their team. The role involves leading and developing cleaning staff while ensuring high-quality service across Djursholm, Danderyd, Täby, and surrounding areas. This is a daytime position (Monday-Friday) with support from area management and opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Train and support new cleaning staff members
- Conduct quality controls and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with staffing managers to develop routines and work methods, including hands-on cleaning when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in professional cleaning
- Communicative, responsible, and thorough personality
- Enjoys leading others and being a positive role model
- Valid work permit in Sweden
