Byggmax, a leading Scandinavian DIY retail chain, is seeking a Store Manager for their Växjö location. In this role you will have full operational responsibility for the store, lead a team, and drive sales performance to become the best local builder's merchant. The position requires working evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members while maintaining professional relationships with customers and suppliers
- Work operatively on the store floor alongside employees, serving as a role model
- Analyze sales reports, manage budgets, and ensure store profitability
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience
- Valid B driver's license
- Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and oral)
- Retail management experience is beneficial
- Experience with sales, operations and results responsibility is advantageous
