SVPH provides attractive housing for people aged 55+ with focus on community, safety and quality of life. They operate three restaurants and are seeking an F&B Manager to lead the development of their culinary and dining experiences. This is a strategic leadership role reporting to the CEO, part of the management group, based in Bromma, Stockholm. The position offers the opportunity to develop both people and concepts while combining quality with sustainable results.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop Kitchen Managers to create better meal experiences
- Develop restaurant and meal concepts that strengthen guest experience across three locations
- Drive development projects, manage economics, results and larger investments within the F&B operations
Requirements
- Broad and solid experience from restaurant and F&B operations
- Experience leading and developing other managers
- Experience with budget, result accountability, concept development and quality work
- Comfortable contributing at strategic level in a management group
- Experience from restaurant, hotel, conference or other meal-intensive business
