Based in southern Sweden, you will be part of regional management, overseeing HR across a geographic region with travel required. Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and consultative HR support to business leaders and contribute to achieving operational goals
- Lead competence supply, talent management, and leadership development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor law, collective agreements, and work environment regulations
Requirements
- Several years of experience in business-oriented HR work; strong knowledge of Swedish labor law and collective agreements; proven ability to build trusting relationships at all levels; strategic and operational mindset with ability to translate plans into action; leadership experience or interest in leading teams
