Lead the implementation of infrastructure for Landvetter Södra, one of Sweden's most ambitious urban development projects in Härryda Municipality near Gothenburg. This new sustainable district will include housing, workplaces, schools, parks and public spaces, with a total project volume of 1.5-2 billion SEK. As Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee streets, squares, parks, stormwater systems and technical infrastructure from early investigations through construction and handover, coordinating with consultants, contractors and authorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage planning, design and implementation of public spaces and major infrastructure projects
- Act as client representative, managing consultant procurement and contractor tenders in accordance with LOU
- Drive projects to meet goals for function, quality, sustainability, economy and timeline
Requirements
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering/Urban Planning or Bachelor's in Construction and Infrastructure
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects
- Documented experience leading large, complex projects from design to implementation
- Experience as client representative managing multiple parallel investment projects
- Knowledge of procurement and management of large contracts
- Experience with economic management including budgeting, scheduling and risk management
