Finspång Municipality seeks an interim Property Manager for a 6-month consulting assignment starting immediately. The role carries overall responsibility for creating stability, structure, and security in the municipality's property operations, with a focus on building a secure organization, fostering collaboration with colleagues and politics, and ensuring professional service to residents.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the property unit with clarity on roles, responsibilities and common goals
- Manage and drive multiple parallel service and technical procurements in accordance with LOU
- Support employees daily while promoting inclusive and knowledge-transferring work culture
Requirements
- University degree in relevant field (e.g., social planning or law)
- Minimum 10 years in leading positions within municipal administration
- Minimum 10 years experience leading other managers
- Minimum 3 references from completed interim assignments in municipal social planning/technology
- Strong competence in change management and strategic recruitment
- Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of LOU and public procurement
