Kristianstad Municipality is looking for a Negotiation Manager to lead their labor law, negotiation, and salary formation functions. In this central strategic role at the Municipal Executive Office's HR department, you will shape labor law processes across the organization, handle collective bargaining, and ensure legal compliance. The municipality offers a key position with significant influence in a large public sector employer with around 7,000 employees.
Responsibilities
- Lead municipal negotiations, labor law, and salary formation matters across the organization
- Represent the municipality in labor disputes and collective agreement negotiations
- Provide expert support to HR, managers, and leadership on labor law matters and ensure consistent legal compliance
Requirements
- University degree (120/180 credits) in HR/Labor Relations or equivalent
- Several years of experience in labor law and salary formation, preferably in public sector
- Strong knowledge of Swedish labor legislation and collective agreements
- Experience handling complex personnel cases and labor law processes
- Proficient in Swedish (written and spoken)
