Nordbo Projektpartner is a growing consulting and project management company in the construction and real estate sector, helping housing associations, property owners and other clients deliver high-quality projects. They are now seeking a Business Manager to lead their West Region operations, covering the Trestad/Gothenburg/Skaraborg area. This is a key role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business development, sales, project management and leadership, with the opportunity to shape the company's regional expansion and eventually build their own team with full operational responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead all business development, sales and market activities in Region West including customer relations with housing associations and property owners
- Manage project portfolio, handle tender work, negotiations and framework agreements
- Build and lead a team of project managers through recruitment and development as the organization grows
Requirements
- Experience in sales and business development
- Project management experience in construction or real estate sector
- Experience with tender and offer work
- Strong customer relationship development skills
- Good financial acumen
- Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
