Adven is seeking a Drift- och underhållschef (Operations and Maintenance Manager) to lead their production facilities in Hälsingland, based in Hudiksvall. This role combines operational leadership with strategic development, overseeing drift- och underhållsledare and technicians while driving improvements in reliability, efficiency, and sustainability across the energy operations. The position reports to the Production Chef Region Nord within Operations Sweden and offers significant autonomy to shape both short- and long-term development of the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop Drift- och underhållsledare and support technicians within the operations team
- Ensure high operational reliability, efficiency and capacity while optimizing production facility performance
- Drive long-term development of technology, working methods and organization, including maintenance planning and improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Experience as a Drift och underhållschef or several years as a drifttekniker ready for the next career step
- Higher education in energy or related field
- Valid driving license B
- Fluent Swedish and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of heating plants (värmeanläggningar)
- Business-driven, solution-oriented and structured approach
