Bastard Burgers is seeking a Restaurant Manager for their Sollentuna location. Founded in Luleå in 2016, this fast-growing streetfood burger chain now operates 70+ restaurants across Sweden, Norway, and Finland. The role combines operational leadership (80% hands-on in kitchen/cashier) with administrative responsibilities including scheduling, budgeting, and staff management. You'll lead a team in a dynamic, youth-oriented environment known for its progressive culture, hip-hop atmosphere, and commitment to quality food.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop restaurant team while ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction
- Manage full operational responsibility including scheduling, purchasing, personnel costs, and KPIs
- Ensure food safety compliance, workplace safety, and implementation of company values and equal treatment plan
Requirements
- Previous experience from restaurant or service industry, preferably with staff and budget responsibility
- Must be able to work Swedish and/or English (both preferred)
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- No formal education requirement, but strong communication and organizational skills needed
