Responsibilities
- Lead and manage restaurant team with high operational focus (approx. 80% of work time)
- Take full responsibility for results, scheduling, purchases, and personnel costs in relation to key metrics
- Ensure high quality service, food safety compliance, and safe working conditions
Requirements
- Previous experience from restaurant or service industry (preferably with staff and budget responsibility)
- Proficiency in Swedish and/or English
- Flexibility to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- No formal education required
