AWS is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to lead safety operations for its EMEA data centers. The role partners with employees, contractors, engineers, security, construction, compliance, and risk teams to strengthen safety culture, meet regulatory requirements, and reduce operational risks. It includes training, reporting, emergency planning, and support across regions in a fast-paced and evolving infrastructure environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement safety standards, policies, training, and regulatory compliance
- Develop risk controls, emergency plans, reporting, and safety metrics
- Partner with employees, contractors, vendors, and construction teams
Requirements
- At least 5 years of field experience in a health and safety role within operational environments
- Fluent written and verbal English
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work on-site at office and data center locations
