Valora Bemanning is recruiting an interim manager for Facilities and Services in Norrköping for a public-sector consultancy assignment. The manager will lead a 14-person unit covering premises, property management and internal services at multiple Swedish locations, combining operational leadership with responsibility for staff, finances, safety and business development. The assignment runs from 11 January to 30 June 2027, with work mainly on site and limited remote work by agreement.
Responsibilities
- Lead a 14-person unit and oversee strategic and operational facilities, property and service delivery
- Manage budgets, leases, suppliers, contracts, public procurement, workplace safety, security and business continuity
- Plan office relocations and major premises adaptations, improve internal processes and prepare a structured handover
Requirements
- At least 3 years of documented experience in the property sector and/or major refurbishment projects involving subcontractors
- At least 3 years of documented change-management experience involving both employees and managers
- At least 1 year of documented experience within a government agency or the public sector
- Documented experience managing projects and project groups
- Swedish citizenship
- All mandatory criteria must be verifiable through previous work experience and assignments
