Bilfinger is seeking a Welding and Maintenance Team Leader to lead and develop its industrial maintenance group. The role combines people management, customer contact, resource planning, budgeting, and technical oversight with a strong focus on safety, quality, profitability, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with clients and employees in an international industrial services organization serving sectors such as energy, chemicals, pharma, and oil and gas.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop welding and mechanical maintenance teams
- Plan work, manage budgets, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery
- Develop customer relationships and contribute to bids and business growth
Requirements
- Leadership experience in industry, maintenance, or workshop operations
- Strong knowledge of welding, mechanical maintenance, or a related field
- Experience with customer relationships and commercial matters
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- Clear, engaging leadership style
- Good spoken and written Swedish and English
- Valid B driving licence
