Salu Byggnads AB is hiring a Site Manager to lead major renovation projects in southern Stockholm and Södertälje, with possible assignments elsewhere in Greater Stockholm. You will manage construction projects from planning through completion, with full responsibility for production, finances, quality, and the working environment. The role involves leading site managers, employees, subcontractors, and close collaboration with clients and internal support functions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, calculate, and manage construction projects from start to completion
- Lead employees, site managers, and subcontractors while ensuring budget, schedule, and quality targets
- Build client relationships and improve project efficiency, profitability, quality, and sustainability
Requirements
- Construction engineering education or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a Site Manager in construction
- Experience leading construction projects with financial responsibility
- Strong understanding of project reporting and contracting economics
- Good spoken and written Swedish
- Valid B driving licence
