Hemtex is seeking an ambitious, sales-focused store manager for its store in Västerås city. The role combines overall store responsibility, daily operations, staff leadership, recruitment, and hands-on customer service in a dynamic retail environment. You will report to the regional manager and help lead a sales team while strengthening profitability and creating inspiring customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage store results, daily operations, merchandising, staffing, and the overall customer experience
- Lead, develop, recruit, and motivate the sales team while supporting a positive work environment
- Analyze key performance figures and translate insights into actions that improve profitability and sales
Requirements
- At least two years of store manager experience, or at least two years of retail experience combined with leadership experience
- Experience with budget responsibility and sales analysis
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and engage employees
- A customer-focused, sales-driven, solution-oriented, flexible, and proactive approach
