Nouryon is seeking a Production Manager to lead production and logistics at its Kvarntorp chemical plant. This permanent, full-time role combines operational leadership, strategic development, site management responsibilities, and close involvement in continuous chemical processes. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, sustainability, and organizational development while collaborating with production, maintenance, engineering, and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop production and logistics teams, including budgets, results, and resource planning
- Drive safety culture, operational improvements, and sustainable results through fact-based analysis and cross-functional work
- Set site strategy and contribute to the leadership team, organizational development, and future business growth
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a leadership position within process industry
- Experience from chemical industry or another operation with complex processes and high safety and operational reliability demands
- Demonstrated experience improving operations, organizations, or working methods with lasting results
- Experience developing employee engagement and a strong safety culture in an industrial environment
- Strong understanding of chemical processes, process stability, availability, quality, and safety
- Experience with key performance indicators and structured continuous improvement
- Academic degree in engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field
- Very good spoken and written Swedish and English
