Pair is a fast-growing tech company that digitizes and electrifies hotel parking across several European markets. As COO, you will turn strategy into results, lead a six-person operations team, and build scalable processes for continued international growth. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team in Jönköping, combining operational delivery with organizational development.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a six-person operations team while ensuring efficient service delivery, onboarding, and support
- Own the operating budget, financial follow-up, key performance indicators, customer satisfaction, delivery quality, and loyalty
- Drive automation, digitalization, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational scaling across current and new markets
Requirements
- Experience in a leadership role with responsibility for operations, projects, or service delivery
- Strong ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated interest in and experience with modern business systems
- Ability to switch between strategic and detail-oriented work and deliver concrete results
- Good spoken and written Swedish and English
