Requirements
- Experience from production technology, industrialization, or similar technical operations
- Strong analytical, structured, proactive, and result-oriented skills
- Ability to engage, collaborate with, and lead others
- Ability to work both operationally and in a team-leader role
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
