You will lead two small, closely connected F6 schools in Enånger and Njutånger within Hudiksvall Municipality. The schools have engaged teams, short decision-making paths, and a shared focus on pupils’ learning and staff wellbeing. This is a varied leadership role combining educational development, quality work, staffing, finances, and collaboration with families, schools, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead pedagogical development and systematic quality improvement across both schools
- Manage budgets, personnel, work environment, and a safe, trusting workplace culture
- Collaborate with parents, other schools, external actors, and municipal leadership groups
Requirements
- Pedagogical higher education degree
- Experience of pedagogical work
- Strong digital skills and experience with operational systems
- Very good spoken and written Swedish
- Valid B driving licence
