Valora Bemanning AB is seeking an experienced interim unit manager for operational HR in public-sector work in Solna. The role involves leading an HR unit, section managers, and employees while overseeing operations, budget, and staffing. You will provide professional and legally sound HR support to managers and collaborate with unions, safety representatives, and other HR functions. This is a full-time, mainly on-site assignment from 1 December 2026 to 1 May 2027, with some remote work possible.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations, budgeting, staffing, organizational development, and results
- Support section managers and provide operational HR advice on complex workforce matters
- Develop cooperation with managers, leadership teams, unions, and safety representatives
Requirements
- At least 5 years of documented management experience covering operations, budget, and personnel responsibility
- At least 3 years leading operational HR in the public sector, including experience during the past 2 years
- At least 2 years leading other managers, including experience during the past 2 years
- Relevant university-level education of at least 180 credits, such as personnel and labour law studies
- Documented experience providing operational HR support to managers
- Excellent ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing
