Lantmäteriet is seeking a function manager for Smarter Urban Development in Gävle. You will lead a team of ten, coordinate national stakeholders, and oversee national specifications and machine-to-machine access for geodata and urban-development data. The role also covers an architectural framework, change leadership, and coordination of geodata delivery during crises or war, reporting to the head of National Coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the function and a team of ten employees
- Develop and decide national specifications for geodata and urban-development data
- Manage the architectural framework and support crisis and wartime coordination
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a manager and team leader
- Strong experience of change leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT/GIS, or a relevant field
- Experience coordinating national collaboration with government agencies and municipalities
- Strong communication, relationship-building, planning, and stakeholder-management skills
- Swedish citizenship and the ability to pass security screening
- Excellent spoken and written Swedish and English
