Avdelningschef for the acute care ward at Vilhelmina sjukstuga in southern Lapland, Sweden. Requirements
- Relevant university education or equivalent education and experience
- Previous experience as a manager or in another leadership role
- Experience from healthcare and/or the public sector is preferred
- Ability to lead trust-based, decisively and collaboratively
- Excellent ability to listen, understand different perspectives and communicate clearly
- Unobstructed spoken and written Swedish
- Valid B driving licence
