Section manager for Rönnbäret, a municipal care and residential home for older adults operated by Malmö City’s Health, Care and Social Services Administration. You will lead a shared team, work closely with day and night operations, and oversee staffing, work environment, rehabilitation processes, staff development, and quality improvement. This is a permanent, full-time leadership role with a clear focus on safe, respectful, high-quality elder care.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations together with a fellow section manager and oversee a staff team.
- Manage staffing, work environment, rehabilitation processes, competence development, and round-the-clock care operations.
- Drive systematic quality improvement and coordinate with other professionals and functions across the organization.
Requirements
- Relevant academic degree of at least 180 credits.
- At least 2 years of management experience.
- Strong Swedish skills in both spoken and written form.
- Ability to lead, motivate, delegate, communicate clearly, manage conflicts, and work toward shared goals.
